There has been some confusion on the way the GenWell monthly loan payments were reported on the June 2024 GenWell check stubs. The monthly loan amounts have been paid this same way since the per capita loans started years ago. However, a Munis update resulted in the YTD amounts to start showing up on the check stubs, which is causing the confusion. The monthly loans are paid out of a GenWell Loan pay code, which would be a maximum amount of $4,000. Then for the June 2024 check, the full $6,771 is paid out under a different pay code, and the $4,000 loan amount is deducted for a net check of $2,771. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and assure you that we are taking steps to correct this error.
