If you do not have an email on file at Enrollment, please visit EBCI.com, navigate to the Enrollment tab, and select the Address Change option (Enrollment Record Update Form) to complete the form. For adding or correcting your email address, notarization is not required. You may submit the form via email to enrollment@ebci-nsn.gov or drop it off at the Enrollment office.
